How do I order a personalised item?
Choose your size and colour, add the product to your cart, and write the name (and any other details) in the order note in your cart. You can also message us after ordering.
How do I pay?
We accept Cash on Delivery (COD) only, across Pakistan. You pay the courier when your parcel arrives — no advance payment needed.
What are the delivery charges?
A flat Rs 250 delivery charge applies to every order, anywhere in Pakistan.
How long does delivery take?
Personalised items are printed to order. We share a tracking number as soon as your parcel is dispatched. See our Shipping policy.
How do I pick the right size?
Every product has a size chart in its photos, and our Size guide explains how to measure. If your chhotu is between sizes, choose the bigger one.
Can I see my design before it ships?
Ask for a photo when you order and we'll try to share one before dispatch, depending on our schedule.
Can I return or exchange?
Personalised items are made just for you, so we can't take returns for a change of mind or a wrong size choice. If you receive a wrong or damaged item, we'll make it right — see our Refund policy.
Can I open the parcel before paying?
Courier companies don't allow parcels to be opened before payment. Please record an unboxing video when you open it.
