Where we deliver

We deliver across Pakistan through trusted courier partners.

Delivery charges

A flat delivery charge of Rs 250 applies to every order, anywhere in Pakistan.

Payment

We accept Cash on Delivery (COD) only. You pay the courier in cash when your parcel arrives — no advance payment is needed.

Processing time

Most ChhotuMart items are printed and personalised to order. We'll contact you to confirm your order details before printing.

Tracking

We send you a tracking number as soon as your parcel is dispatched. Courier delays can happen in busy seasons; we'll help you follow up with the courier.

Receiving your parcel

Please keep the exact COD amount ready, keep your phone switched on and give a complete address. Couriers do not allow parcels to be opened before payment, so please record an unboxing video when you open it.
